A debit or credit card are required to book all appointments. 
Please give 24 hour cancellation notice.  

No shows/No Call will be charged 100% of service. 
Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of service.
(Please arrive on time for your appointment. 10 minutes is the max time you can arrive late before it will be considered a same day cancellation.)
